We're expecting baby #3!!!!
It has been very hard for me to keep this secret. I am terrible with secrets. I wanted to get to a "safer" point though before I told everyone! I am 12 weeks pregnant....due August 12th!
We couldn't be more excited! We broke the news to my 4 year old last night and she is OVER THE MOON excited! She has been talking to my belly non-stop! I am loving every minute.
I also want to apologize for not posting any recipes in January. I have been SO SICK! Nausea 24/7 with extreme exhaustion. I would like to think that I am getting to a point where there will be less and less of that but I am not quite there yet!! I am having terrible food aversions as well. My usual healthy meals and snacks have not been all that appealing to me. Although I have tried really hard to maintain my "clean" diet....there have definitely been quite a few survival foods that I am not proud of! I am so ready to start feeling better, eating healthier and adding exercise back into my life!
So don't worry....I will still be blogging about clean eating tips, healthy recipes and fitness but there may be a few pregnancy posts in the mix! I promise to get in the kitchen soon and start giving you guys some new recipes! :)
So tell me.....

DeleteSuch nice news! I know how it is to have that 24/7 nausea. I had it with all 3 pregnancies. I used sea bands which are these bands you wear on your wrist and the way it presses on your wrists help with the nausea. I also drank ginger tea, ginger ale and took ginger pills. Some of that helped a bit. Otherwise just drink water and rest. I hope you feel better and everything should just go really smoothly till baby comes!
