{Healthy "Oreo" Balls}

Okay so "healthy" may be a little stretch but not far!! I have always loved Oreo balls....they are usually one of my favorite Christmas treats. I was hoping I could make a "healthier" version that would even compete with the original. Well guys.....I am just going to be honest....these are BETTER than the original in my opinion. My husband swears these are THE best dessert he has ever had!! I literally jumped up and down in my kitchen after the first bite!! Make these for you friends and family! They will be a huge hit!

Healthy "Oreo" Balls
{makes 17 balls}
  • 7.5 oz. box of Annie's All Natural Chocolate Bunny Grahams (they look like this)
  • 6 oz. organic cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil
Optional for decoration:
  • 2 tbsp. all natural white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp. coconut oil
Combine graham crackers, cream cheese and honey in your food processor and pulse until completely combined and in dough form. Form into 17 tablespoon size balls. Set aside.

Add dark chocolate chips and coconut oil to a large mug and place in the microwave for 2 minutes....stirring ever 30 seconds until completely melted.

Drop balls individually into chocolate mixture. Remove them using a fork and gently tap off excess chocolate. Place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.

Optional: Melt white chocolate and coconut in microwave for 1 minute. Stirring half way through. Place in ziploc bag and cut off a tiny bit of one corner. Drizzle over each Oreo ball.

Place in freezer for 30 minutes to set and then transfer to an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator.

**Warning....these are dangerously good! :)

Hope you guys love these as much as I do!!
