{What I Ate Wednesday} 8/21/2013


Happy Wednesday Everyone! This has been a pretty non-productive week so far! I am hoping to step it up the rest of the week! I am actually pretty sore. I have been kicking it up a notch on my workouts and I am loving it! I really feel like I need to switch up my foods. I pretty much eat the same thing every day! I do like to switch up my dinners but the rest of the day is pretty much the same ol' thing! I am a creature of habit and I like foods that take very little effort to whip up. Maybe I will start adding in more Greek yogurt, veggies, hummus and avocados! :)



Breakfast- My Favorite Overnight Oats except this time I used a little dark chocolate almond milk and it was RIDICULOUSLY good! (7:30 am)

Snack: 1 small Gala apple, a handful of raw almonds and a Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Ball (10:30 am)

Lunch: Scrambled Egg/Egg whites with Cinnamon Raisin Ezekiel Toast and Sunflower Butter (1:00 pm)

Snack: Cherry Garcia Protein Smoothie (4:00 pm)

Dinner: This was kind of thrown together because the hubby didn't get home until late. I baked some chicken, a sweet potato and some whole green beans. Turned out delicious for such an easy meal! (7:00 pm)


What are your favorite clean eating snacks???

  1. I have a bowl of overnight oats in the fridge ready to go this morning! I used a new oatmeal from My oatmeal that is so good! You can create your own blend with tons of different options. This one has gluten-free oats, coconut, dried mango and macadamia. YuM!
