{What I Ate Wednesday} 7/24/13

Good morning!! Happy Wednesday! When starting out on my clean eating journey....seeing what other people ate on a typical day really helped me plan out my meals for the day! So here goes:



Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. -Overnight Oats with 2 cups of black coffee

Snack: 10:30 a.m.- Gala apple and organic string cheese with water

Lunch: 1:30 p.m.- Banana Almond Butter Wrap with water

Snack: 4:30 p.m.- 5 Minute Granola Bar from Fannetastic Food with fruit with water

Dinner:7:30 p.m. - Kale, Avocado and Black Bean Burrito Bowl from Cookie and Kate with water

I hope this helps you plan out your clean eating meals! I drink a lot of water throughout the day! It makes such a huge difference in how I feel! The goal is to pair a lean protein with a complex carbohydrate for every meal/snack. I tend to do a lot of vegetarian protein options but my plan is to start really beefing up my protein intake. I always struggle with that!
