{My Favorite Overnight Oats}

So everyone knows I love overnight oats by now. Right?? I have made them so many ways. I can't even begin to count! The other day I was perusing through Pinterest (a.k.a. what I am going to rehab for) and I noticed that Lauren Conrad had posted her new Bikini Boot Camp and I stumbled upon one of her recipes for overnight oats. The one thing that was different is that she used Chia seeds in her overnight oats. Now I am a huge Chia seed fan but I usually put flax seed in my oats and chia seeds in my greek yogurt or Chia pudding. If you haven't tried Chia seeds yet...you should! I LOVE THEM! They are ridiculously good for you and have a cool gelatinous feel to them. I could go on and on about my love for Chia but I won't!  So without further adieu.....

Recipe:  Busy Girl Overnight Oats

**The only variation I made to the recipe was that I only used half of a medium sized banana and used a couple drops of Vanilla Creme Stevia drops in place of the maple syrup and vanilla extract. This moved right on up to one of my ALL TIME favorite breakfasts so PLEASE try it out and let me know what you think!

Oh and while you are there....check out those other "Busy Girl Breakfasts!" I think I am going to try them all!!

ENJOY!!
