Banana Chia Pudding
adapted from: Stupid Easy Paleo
- 1 small/medium banana
- 1/4 cup almond coconut milk (your favorite milk will work)
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
toppings:
- Truwhip or organic whipped topping
- crumbled organic whole wheat or graham crackers (I like Carr Whole Wheat because they are slightly sweet)
Add banana and milk to blender and pulse until smooth and creamy. Add chia and stir to combine. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Add toppings. DEVOUR!
