This is my plan for the week:
Monday: Cheesy Lentil Mac & Cheese **This was a huge hit with my hubby and kids! Perfect for meatless Monday!
Tuesday: Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Brussel Sprouts on the side.
Thursday: Sweet Potato Eggplant Burgers with a large mixed green salad.
Friday: Homemade Pizza with organic pasta sauce, nitrate free bacon and fresh pineapple. **We have a tradition of making homemade pizza and having a "picnic" in the living room on Friday nights. The kids love this!
Saturday: Out for Dinner
Sunday: Chicken Ceasar Lettuce Wraps with Roasted Green Beans
