Happy Friday!! Not only is it Friday but it is now officially November!! The leaves all around my house are bright orange and red and I am loving every minute!! :) Can it stay fall all year??? I would be one happy girl!
one: Halloween Fun
Man...last night was a blast. My kids had SO much fun!! We just trick or treated to all of the grandparent's houses but boy did we rack up the candy! It was great to see how excited they both were and they both looked really cute in their costumes!
two: Baby Lips
Okay...I know last week I told you I had found my favorite lip color....but I changed my mind. I love this one the MOST!! It is pretty sheer but has such a nice color and I love that it pretty much goes on like lip gloss.
three: Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal Cookies
I love these cookies! My kids loved them even more!! The best part is that they bake in 10 minutes and I had breakfast all week for both of my kids!! I am still not tired of pumpkin....Who's with me??
four: Pumpkin Patch and Carving
We had so much fun last weekend picking out pumpkins at the most adorable pumpkin patch. We let the kids paint their pumpkins and the hubby and I got to carving ours. I carved Doc McStuffins in my pumpkin which later took an unfortunate fall and Doc's face fell off the pumpkin. OOOPS!
The weather this week in Charlotte has been in the mid-70's! A little warmer than I like this time of year but it did allow the kids and I to have lots of play time outside. My favorite place to sit while they are playing is on our porch swing. There is something therapeutic about a porch swing. Am I right??
Hope everyone has THA most wonderful weekend!!!!
So tell me....
Did you carve or paint your pumpkin??
What do you plan on doing with all of the Halloween candy??
Porch swing or hammock?? Which is your fave?
Your kids are adorable! Your daughter looks JUST like you!!
ReplyDeleteOh Thank you!! She gets that a lot!!
DeleteThe kids are both so cute! Glad they had fun. We usually buy our kids' candy from them (for $10 each that they get to spend at Target), but this year we're donating it to the dentist. He'll send it to the troops overseas and give the kids $1 per pound.
ReplyDeleteWe carved pumpkins this year, after painting last year. I LOVE baby lips. Love love love. Some of my favorite stuff too!
