{What I Ate Wednesday} 9/4/13

Good Morning!! SO this week I am back from vacation and really trying to get back to reality. Yesterday was my baby sisters 21st birthday so last night we went to our favorite restaurant and celebrated! Dinner was definitely my splurge meal for this week! I knew it would be worth it and it was!!

These were my meals from yesterday! I am trying to switch it up a little! I didn't have my usual banana wrap for lunch. I also didn't have overnight oats for breakfast! I am really branching out! HA!

Breakfast: I made a delicious breakfast cookie that you cook in the microwave! IT WAS AWESOME! Stay tuned for the recipe tomorrow!

Snack: A Bartlett pear and a handful of raw almonds

Lunch: I was starving so I munched on cantaloupe while I was mixing up my shake and scrambling my eggs. I made a green monster smoothie using this recipe but I used kale and sunflower butter this time and it was great! I also scrambled 1 whole egg and 3 egg whites to have on the side.

Snack: Strawberries, blueberries, non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Dinner: Tacos at my FAVORITE restaurant {Cantina 1511}. I had the grilled shrimp taco and the pulled pork taco with grilled veggies and slaw on the side. It was worth every calorie! I will definitely be eating perfectly and hydrating well today! I will also be kicking it up a notch on my workout!

So tell me....what has been your favorite meal so far this week???
