one: Polar Watch
I decided to break down and purchase a heart rate monitor watch. I have been wanting one for quite a while. I am always curious how many calories I am burning during a workout and I also wanted something to help motivate me to PUSH HARDER! I love it! Still figuring it all out but so far I am super happy with my purchase! And it's cute...right?
two: Pumpkin Spice Latte's
Who doesn't love Pumpkin Spice Lattes from Starbucks??? I mean....I know they aren't perfect for me....I always get the skinny version but every once in a while...I love to splurge on some Starbucks and pumpkin spice is MY FAVORITE flavor!
three: Labor Day
On Labor Day I spent part of the day unpacking from vacation but the rest of the day was spent lounging by the pool and grilling out with my family. It was perfection! We had beer can chicken, baked sweet potatoes and corn on the cob. Dessert was skinny brownies. We also snacked on the most perfect cantaloupe while waiting for dinner to be ready! My whole family had a blast! Holiday success!
four: Breakfast Cookies
I always love when I come up with a new recipe that my whole family loves!! This one was a big hit! My kids were fighting over these! Next time I will make a few at one time so I won't have to share!! Way too good to share!!
five: Hunter Boots
I love these boots! How cute?? I am obsessed with all things fall lately! I know it is still technically summer but I am ready to ditch the shorts and tanks and start wearing skinny jeans and boots! Who is with me??

It's my absolute favorite season and I can't wait to start taking pictures of the family outside in the autumn leaves :) I need to find a real food recipe for pumpkin spice syrup so I can make a latte at home! Let us know if you come across a recipe! As for boots... I'm ready to start wearing my Luccheses again :)

DeleteLove those boots! I love making my own pumpkin spice lattes at home. A little coconut milk or almond milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and if desired, stevia :-) I bet there's even a pumpkin stevia... Might have to look into that!
