Protein Packed Mango Chia Pudding

- 1/2 cup milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 fresh or frozen mango (diced)
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Designer Whey French Vanilla)
- 1 tbsp. raw sunflower seeds or chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 4 drops of liquid stevia
Combine ingredients in mason jar or container with lid. Stir until thoroughly combined. Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow chia seeds to soften.
