I have ONE person to thank for introducing me to fitness. That would be Briana Christine. She is the founder of Bikini Body Mommy, Mother of 3, that just happened to lose 100 pounds in a year. WOW! The best part about her is that she is easy to relate to. She understands that Moms don't have a ton of time to workout and makes most of her workouts in less than 30 minutes!! OH and did I mention that the workouts are free!!! Just go to her facebook page and look under the albums. Each album is a workout for the 90 day challenge. She does strength training three days a week and cardio three days a week with one rest day. SO seriously, if you workout every day or if you have never worked out a day in your life....Check her out!! I have never worked out in my life, never been athletic, or ever had any muscle to speak of and I DID IT!!! I completed my 90th workout today and I FEEL AWESOME!! I am super proud of myself!! I hate pictures of myself....HATE is not a strong enough word....but here goes!
