Over the weekend we celebrated my hubby's 32nd birthday. I really wanted to make him a birthday cake although I am definitely not the best baker! I was convinced that I could find a recipe that was healthier than the average store bought cake that still tasted great and didn't make me feel guilty the next day! Well after searching the net and going through all my cookbooks, I found the perfect recipe! It was out of Ellie Krieger's "The Food You Crave" cookbook and it was DELICIOUS!!!
Please, Please....for the next birthday get-together or if you just want a sweet treat...Make this for your family! It is wonderful and under 200 calories a slice! You can't beat that!
