{Clean Eating Avocado Chicken Salad}

This is the perfect chicken salad if you ask me! Anything with avocado and cilantro has to be good!! This chicken salad is perfect in a whole grain pita pocket, smeared on some Ezekiel toast, in a lettuce wrap, eaten with Triscuits or other whole grain cracker, on a bed of salad greens or just eaten all by itself with a spoon! How perfect for a fast lunch or a light dinner!
