{Cherry Garcia Protein Smoothie}

I love cherries!!! I love dark chocolate!!!! The combination is a match made in heaven.  It feels like such a splurge drinking this shake and that is exactly why I love it!! It is like dessert for snack!!

Cherry Garcia Protein Smoothie

{seves 1}

  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/3 cup frozen banana chunks
  • 1 cup milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (Choose one without artificial sweeteners-I used Designer Whey)
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa powder (unsweetened-I used Ghirardelli)
Place all ingredients in blender and pulse until combined. 

**If using fresh cherries and banana....add 5-10 ice cubes to mixture**
