{Skinny Reese's Pudding}

It may be apparent, but I am IN LOVE with the combination of chocolate and peanut butter. I haven't always been believe it or not. is all I can think about!!!! The other night I really wanted dessert but I didn't want anything that was TOO terrible for me! A handful of Reese's peanut butter cups sounded good but I just couldn't do it!!! So I thought about how good a peanut butter pudding with chocolate topping would be and I set out to make it! OMG! That is all I have to say!! This got rave reviews from my entire family! The best part about it was how quick and easy this was to prepare!

  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

Remove from heat, continue whisking and add in vanilla. Whisk until smooth. Divide in individual bowls. Cover with plastic wrap. Make sure you put the plastic wrap right on top of the warm pudding before placing it in the refrigerator. Refrigerate for a few hours. When ready to serve, mix Truwhip and cocoa powder until combined. Place a dollop on top of each pudding cup. Garnish with a few dark chocolate chips if desired.

**Each serving will be around 220 calories! If using peanut butter instead of is around 260 calories for this sweet treat! Dark Chocolate Chips will add to the calorie totals. This recipe is very easy to double or triple for a crowd! :)
