I delivered 5...This is exactly what I needed today! I delivered 5 weeks ago and have been chomping at the bit to get back into the gym! I follow your blog and like you, had a much healthier pregnancy than my previous. I continued to eat clean and remained active until my 9th month. It made ALL the difference!! Even with that, I have about 14lbs of the 30 I gained during pregnancy to lose.
